We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. Since Italian sizing can vary, we recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to our chart for the most accurate fit.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the soles are unmarked by trying them on a carpeted surface.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout which deliver within 1-2 business days for domestic orders.
Are SCARPA products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper care.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
